Payment Terms
The payment of our service fees will be in accordance with the following schedule:
- Full payment to Chamäleon must be made in advance.
- Payment must be made by cheque and funds must clear before you receive any products or service from Chamäleon.
- Cheques must be made payable to YANELEX Ltd and sent to 18 Norfolk Square, Paddington, London W2 1RS.
- BACS payments must be made to:

Cancellation
CRISP commits itself to providing high levels of service. As soon as CRISP has received payment we will instantly arrange for courses and interviews resulting in our service being used. Should you wish to cancel a course with us after payment has been made you will not be entitled to a refund.
Money back
If you choose to take either the Guaranteed Interviews or Jobs Add-On and CRISP do not deliver either interviews or a job offer within 6 months, the candidate will be entitled to 100% of their money back. This is subject to the following conditions:
- The 6 month period begins from the start date of the CRISP training programme.
- Chamäleon representatives must have received proof of a pass mark, receiving the original CISI Certificates. All relevant CISI certificates must be completed and passed depending on the job role the candidate is studying for.
- Securities Qualification: A pass mark is required on all three units - Unit 1, Unit 8 and Unit 2
- Derivatives Qualification: A pass mark is required on all three units - Unit 1, Unit 8 and Unit 3
- Interview tardiness and cleanliness will result in a forfeiture of your money back entitlement.
Liability
Whilst CRISP will use its best professional endeavours to ensure that the course and programme content is accurate and up to date, neither CRISP, nor its directors or employees or associates shall be under any liability for any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in programmes or course material nor any consequential loss, damage or expense suffered as a result or reliance on any such information.
Obligation to Guarantee
- Potential candidates will be required to undertake and pass a CRISP approval process. This involves the candidate passing a telephone and face to face interview along with a brief written explanation evaluating his needs and intentions to initiate exactly what they are looking for and if they are fit to represent Chamäleon. Chamäleon are under no obligation to offer this service to anyone. Chamäleon will not be held obligated to offer our “guarantee'' of interviews or job service should we decide to refuse a candidate of such enrolment.
- CRISP's guarantee of a job offer will end at the point where a candidate has been offered a temporary or permanent position within any company. Whether the candidate has been sent to an interview, by either CRISP or the candidates' own endeavours, Chamäleon's obligation will be complete. Should the candidate decide to decline the offered position, CRISP, in no circumstance, is under any obligation to refund any funds paid or seek to fulfil its guarantee of a further job vacancy.
- CRISP's obligation to guarantee a job is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase. Once funds have been received by YANALEX Ltd, a 6 month period is automatically applied whereby the Candidate MUST pass and complete ALL necessary modules to receive CF30 status (or the relevant accreditation to which they have paid for), so as to qualify for CRISP's guaranteed interviews and job add-ons. CRISP's obligation to guarantee interviews and jobs will NOT BE indefinite. In short, the Candidate has 6 months to complete their relevant modules and training.
Examination Bookings
All CRISP courses and packages exclude the CISI examinations. Bookings must be made directly with the CISI and likewise examination fees are the sole responsibility of the individual candidates. Candidates will however receive full instructions upon enrolment of examination booking procedures.
