Operations Manager An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing Lettings Agency/Housing Associations covering the whole of London. Our client provides property lettings and management services to over 3000 Landlords within London and this number is ever growing. Due to the rapid growth of our client and having recently just won a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is now seeking to recruit a competent, professional and enthusiastic Operations Manager. As their Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the operational side of the business, ensuring all problems that arise are resolved in a professional manner and high customer service standards are kept. You will also be expected to monitor the progress of each member of staff and their targets, identifying areas of the business that need strengthening and staff training requirements in order for the company to grow. You will also be responsible for providing monthly company meetings and one to one meetings with staff when necessary. This role is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, positive individual who is able to keep calm and professional under pressure. The individual must be confident and decisive and be able to use their initiative to solve any problems that may arise. More Information?This role pays a minimum basic salary of £35,000 per annum. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 2 years experience in property lettings/sales, customer service and similar management type roles.
