Property Services and Voids Manager An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing Lettings Agency/Housing Associations covering the whole of London. Our client provides property lettings and management services to over 3000 Landlords within London and this number is ever growing. Due to the rapid growth of our client and having recently just won a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is now seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Property Services Office Manager. The Role As the Office Manager, you will be taking on the task of leading a team of letting agents within a brand new office which has been set up as a merger between two of East London’s prominent letting agents. You will be expected to oversee the day to day running of the office and operational side of the business, ensuring all problems that arise are resolved in a professional manner and high standards of customer service are kept. You will be expected to monitor the progress and achievements of all staff including targets and identifying areas of the business that need strengthening. You will also be responsible for providing monthly one to one meetings with staff when necessary, implementing disciplinary action and necessary staff training requirements, if required. The Candidate This role is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, positive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and is able to keep calm and professional under pressure. The individual must be confident in their management abilities and leadership skills and strive to ensure that they and their team achieve high standards in everything they do. The ideal candidate must also be decisive and be able to use their initiative to resolve any problems that may arise. This role pays a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in property/lettings maintenance. They should also have human resources and customer service experience and consider themselves to be a confident sales person. They must also hold a full UK driving licence.
