Senior Lettings Valuer - East London
An opportunity has arisen to work for one of London’s fastest growing lettings agents covering North, West and East London and providing property lettings and management services to over 1000 landlords. Due to rapid expansion and having been awarded a number of high profile property lettings and management contracts, our client is currently recruiting high calibre lettings valuers with industry experience to deal within the East London area - Newham, Stratford, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest and Redbridge.
Candidates must have the ability to develop business relationships with landlords to secure properties for the various lettings and property management schemes available via the company. Individuals must be highly motivated to succeed, with excellent communication skills and an ability to meet and exceed targets.Our client provides candidates with the ability to earn uncapped commission based on performance with an attractive base salary.
