I.T Technical Support Service Engineer

Our client is a comprehensive telephony services having served over 4000 corporate, government and NHS organisations since their inception in 1992.

The Role:

• Your role will be to take inbound calls from customers with problems with their systems used by GPs, Schools and other varied businesses
• You will need to have excellent communication skills to act calmly to a situation down, and talk the person through the problem and try to remedy accurately
• You will also be expected, when needed to access the clients equipmet remotely to sort the problem out with the client
• Be able to deal with the call or follow up and use own initiative or pass to senior management when needed
• Work well under pressure
• Communicate with colleagues & field engineers
