Lettings Negotiator
Our client is a dynamic and very successful independent estate agency based in Central London, W1. They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their Lettings team and contribute to its continued success. Ideally they would like to employ someone with ARLA training and qualifications. Ultimately they require a motivated, personable and confident individual to fill this role.
The role will include the following but not be limited to: • Canvassing for new business in the area and maintaining current relationships.• Maintaining good communication with landlords and tenants.• Devising marketing initiatives to attract potential landlords and tenants.• Functioning as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.• Screening prospective tenants and carrying out the relevant checks.• Taking charge of financial and legal matters relevant to the letting process.• Anticipation of void periods and taking appropriate steps to keep these to a minimum.• Delivering a first class service to landlords and tenants at all times.
