Personal Assistant (PA)
An experienced Personal Assistant (PA) is required to work on behalf of a company director within a professional City based firm.
General duties include:•Deal appropriately with all in-coming/out-going communications on behalf of the Director (providing a screening service and redirecting calls to other departments where necessary)•Arrange meetings, conferences and other events, including negotiating terms, booking of equipment, facilities, catering, invitations and minute taking within a specified budget on behalf of the director.•Establish and maintain effective and up to date systems for filing, information retrieval and bring forward systems•Maintain the diary for the director, including the organisation of appointments and related communications•Organise travel and bookings for events.•Draft replies to documents•Co-ordinate the production of Board papers and other meeting papers as required•Produce documents, power point presentations, letters, memos.•Prepare documents / manuals for external printing, negotiate print orders, receive, proof read and distribute printed material
