Yan Neokleous
Director
Following a BSc (Hons) in Property & Finance, Yan
completed his postgraduate degree from City University Business School with a distinction
in MSc Investment Management. Beginning his City career in Investment Banking, at
Credit Agricole Indosuez, he then progressed swiftly into stockbroking, working
for the small and medium sized stockbroking houses - W.I. Carr Securities, Halewood
International and Lewis Charles Securities are to name a few.
Telephone based and face-to-face selling is his forte. Together with five years
of firm academic grounding and more than eight strong years of industry experience,
make him a force to be reckoned with in financial and stockbroking sales. Holding
experience in all aspects of financial markets, Equities, Derivatives and Foreign
Exchange, The Chamäleon has heading up large teams of brokers at numerous stockbroking
houses, and has made a successful career of training entry level Candidates and
pushing them through to becoming experienced city professionals.
Now an ex-Securities & Derivatives Registered Representative, he has focused his skills on identifying the right candidates and placing them with the right City firms.

Jon Hammond
Senior Recruitment Consultant
His hunger for success and mindset distinguishes him from the rest. Leaving school at a young age, Jon has encountered numerous sales positions. Beginning as an entry level Sales Executive, he has identified and assembled the necessary skill set of a refined salesman.
Whilst Jon’s experience centers around well-known city based broking houses - Cantor Fitzgerald International, Teather & Greenwood, Lewis Charles Securities and SVS Securities - his strength covers a range of financial instruments coupled with an expertise in both Equity and Derivative sales.
Chamäleon’s successful drive and rapid expansion is largely due to the wide experiences held by its recruitment consultants, whom all of which are overseen and managed by Jon.

Elena Tsirpis
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Elena is a graduate of Royal Holloway University with a BA (Hons)
in Management with Mathematics. After graduating she began her City career at PricewaterhouseCoopers,
where she gained her ATT Tax qualifications. Following several years of international
tax consultancy she embarked on a position at Deutsche Bank, London. Previously positioned
as Regional Head of Human Resources, she now acts for
Chamäleon within
a consultancy capacity.
Her employment experience, tax knowledge and city networks are an essential part
of both Chamäleon's domestic and international recruitment drive.

Rikki Constantinou
Recruitment Consultant
His hunger for success and mindset distinguishes him from the rest. Leaving school at a young age, Rikki has encountered numerous sales positions. Beginning as an entry level trainee stockbroker, he has identified and assembled the necessary skill set of becoming a refined salesman.
Rikki’s experience ranges from financial sales to traditional face-to-face and telephone based retail and hospitality sales. His vast experiences in all types of selling provide the impetus behind Chamäleon's successful Search & Selection business.
As an experienced and clinical salesman, this complements Rikki’s capabilities in identifying and sourcing competent and polished sales individuals for all our clients.

Conor Bellotti
Junior Recruitment Consultant
A part of Chamäleon’s “School Leavers’” recruitment desk, Conor plays an important role between Candidate and Recruitment Consultant. Despite his lack of industry experience Conor is a unique individual with a knowledge and plethora of ‘school leaver’ candidate facing skills. Conor’s embryonic attributes compliment the communication channel between candidates and Chamäleon consultants.

Experienced in all areas of administration, Francesca has been a member of our staff since 2009, providing invaluable assistance to both junior and senior consultants.
