Director

Following a BSc (Hons) in Property & Finance, The Chamäleon completed his postgraduate degree from City University Business School with a distinction in MSc Investment Management. Beginning his City career in Investment Banking, at Credit Agricole Indosuez, he then progressed swiftly into stockbroking, working for the small and medium sized stockbroking houses – W.I. Carr Securities, Halewood International and Lewis Charles Securities are to name a few.

Telephone based and face-to-face selling is his forte. Together with five years of firm academic grounding and more than eight strong years of industry experience, make him a force to be reckoned with in financial and stockbroking sales. Holding experience in all aspects of financial markets, Equities, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange, The Chamäleon has heading up large teams of brokers at numerous stockbroking houses, and has made a successful career of training entry level Candidates and pushing them through to becoming experienced city professionals.

Now an ex-Securities & Derivatives Registered Representative, he has focused his skills on identifying the right candidates and placing them with the right City firms.

Anthony Mixides
Director

Anthony is a Marketing and Design guru. Graduating from Kingston University with a BA (Hons) in Marketing & Design, he has swiftly progressed from being ‘the employed’ to becoming ‘the employer’. Running a successful business in Advertising and Media Sales, Anthony has developed the acumen for spotting both hungry and potentially talented advertising and sales individuals.

His background to the advertising and media sales industry began in 1996. Initially employed as an animations designer at Stardust Pictures London, he had been identified by a rival company (KPL) and was headhunted to spearhead their advertising and media sales division. At KPL Publications he has established a reputation for meeting Client’s specific needs, building strong relationships and winning repeat business.

Anthony continues to build on his strong advertising and media contact base, hence strengthening Chamäleon’s client base.

Elena Tsirpis
Senior Consultant

Elena is a graduate of Royal Holloway University with a BA (Hons) in Management with Mathematics. After graduating she began her City career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained her ATT Tax qualifications. Following several years of international tax consultancy she embarked on a position at Deutsche Bank, London. Currently functioning as Regional Head of Human Resources International, she also acts for Chamäleon on a consultancy level.

Her employment experience, tax knowledge and city networks are an essential part of both Chamäleon’s domestic and international recruitment drive.

Sophia Shah
Senior Consultant

Her hunger for success and mindset distinguishes her from the rest. Leaving school at a young age, Sophia has encountered numerous sales positions. Beginning as an entry level Account Executive, she identified and assembled the skill set to become a refined saleswoman.

Sophia’s experience ranges from financial sales to traditional face-to-face and telephone based insurance sales. Her vast experiences in all types of selling provide the impetus behind Chamäleon’s successful Search & Selection business.

Alex Nicholas
Consultant

Alex is a graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. He furthered his education by successfully completing a Cambridge CELTA teaching program, and implementing his teaching skills abroad. His academic interest progressed to the financial services sector, where upon his return from Europe and the Far East, then completed his professional financial regulatory and securities exams - Financial Services Authority (SFA) exams.

His drive to succeed then led him into the Leisure and Tourism Industry. Despite his lack of professional and business experience; he chose to takeover a hotel business which he continues to run successfully to date. A unique individual with a plethora of knowledge, experience and results; Alex has overcome many obstacles and is a real life example of what one can achieve when the odds are against you.

Alex’s entrepreneurial experience coupled with his knowledge of the financial markets, and skills in teaching academia, makes him a distinctive and influential member of Chamäleon. Those Candidates lacking relevant professional exams and entrepreneurial flair have a key point of contact here at Chamäleon.
