Payment Terms
The payment of our service fees will be in accordance with the following schedule:

- Full payment must be made in advance. Payment must be made by cheque or BACS and funds must clear before you receive any products or services from Chamäleon.
- Cheques must be made payable to YANELEX Ltd and sent to 18 Norfolk Square, Paddington, London W2 1RS.
- BACS payments must be made to:

Cancellation
Chamäleon commits itself to providing high levels of service. As soon as we have received payment we will organise all relevant courses and services immediately. Should you wish to cancel a course with us after payment has been made you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

Failure to attend a course will NOT warrant an extension to any agreed course dates - subject to the discretion of Chamäleon.

Course absence may be tolerated provided a written doctor’s note is presented. Regardless, an extension to the agreed course dates is again subject to the discretion of Chamäleon.


Money Back Entitlement
If you choose to take the Guaranteed Interview Add-Ons and Chamäleon do not deliver the guaranteed interviews within 6 calendar months, the candidate will be entitled to 100% of their money back, pro-rata for those outstanding interviews the candidate has not been sent to. This is also subject to the following conditions:

- The 6 calendar month period begins from the start date of the Evolution programme (date of purchase)
- Chamäleon candidates must have satisfactorily completed the entire Evolution training programme, for which they have signed up for
- Interview tardiness and cleanliness will result in a forfeiture of any money back entitlement

Should the candidate obtain a job offer (via Chamäleon Interview Add-Ons) and choose not to take it immediately, he is entitled to receive his outstanding number of interview add-ons, for which he has paid for. If however, he choose to accept a job offer (from say his first or second interview), the candidate will not be entitled to receive any money back from any outstanding interview add-ons.

The candidate’s money back entitlement will be forfeited should he find a job through his own efforts, and not through the assistance of Chamäleon.


Liability
Whilst Chamäleon will use its best professional endeavours to ensure that the course and programme content is accurate and up to date, neither Chamäleon, nor its directors or employees or associates shall be under any liability for any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in programmes or course material nor any consequential loss, damage or expense suffered as a result or reliance on any such information.


Obligation to Guarantee
Potential candidates will be required to undertake and pass an Evolution approval process. This involves the candidate passing a telephone and face-to-face interview along with a brief written explanation evaluating his needs and intentions to initiate exactly what they are looking for and if they are fit to represent Chamäleon. Chamäleon are under no obligation to offer this service to anyone. Chamäleon will not be held obligated to offer their “guarantee’’ of interviews should they decide to refuse a candidate of such enrolment.

Chamäleon’s obligation to guarantee interviews is limited to 6 calendar months from the date of purchase. Once funds have been received by YANALEX Ltd, a 6 calendar month period is automatically applied whereby the Candidate MUST pass and complete ALL necessary training (or the relevant accreditation to which they have paid for), so as to qualify for Chamäleon’s guaranteed interview add-ons. Chamäleon’s obligation to guarantee interviews will NOT be indefinite. In short, the Candidate has 6 calendar months to complete their relevant modules, training and possible interviews.


Commissions
Commissions will be paid to the candidate in the form of cheque (to their given course enrolment name). They will receive full payment provided after all the funds have settled for all those relevant sales made, which are entitled to a commission.


Hours of Training
The candidate’s training days consists are Monday - Friday. Weekend training may only be required at the mutual agreement between candidate and consultant. Weekly training hours will be:

10:00am-12:30pm (Morning Session)
12:30pm-1:00pm (Lunch)
1:00pm-4:00pm (Afternoon Session)


Dress Code
Chamäleon adhere to a presentable dress code policy at all times. During all training sessions candidates are expected to follow our policy too.

ANYONE LOOKING TO ENROL OR PURCHASE ONE OF CHAMÄLEON’S SERVICES OR PRODUCTS MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS BY SIGNING THE BELOW AND RETURNING TO OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS.
