The Chamäleon Evolution Sales Training Programme teaches the following: Theory Behind Sales - It’s imperative that all candidates fully understand and comprehend the environment that they are working within before they even consider picking up the phone. A deep-rooted knowledge of customer buying behaviour and methods influencing complex customer decisions needs to be established from the outset. We will provide you with the proven tools for analysing and managing client accounts and potential new business opportunities Introduction to Sales Calls - At Chamäleon Evolution we strongly believe that you only get one chance to make a first impression or phrased differently, “you never get a second chance to make a good first impression”. Building rapport, being able to project the benefit of your product, asking the right questions and listening are all skills that should come naturally to a trained sales person - it is our aim to instil you with these indispensable skills and knowledge Extracting Information - Effective selling is, fundamentally about asking, not telling. Knowing how to ask the right questions and extract the relevant information from a potential client is imperative to best identify if your product or service is relevant in any way to that individual. Without knowing the best sales questions to ask, at the right time, the sale does not move forward which potentially means missed opportunities Relationship Building - Through research, knowledge and competitor understanding, you are better able to build stronger relationships, trust and in turn, truly loyal customers. Approval Process In order to qualify for Chamäleon’s Evolution Sales Training Programme, you are expected to pass and complete an approval process which will be conducted and reviewed by several of our consultants. Candidates will either be accepted or declined accordingly, depending on their capability and course availability. The positions that are available, are for individuals who are confident, self-motivated and target driven. You must be articulate and demonstrate a hunger to succeed within a demanding sales environment.
